Oops, gotta go!
Did you know osteopathy can help urinary frequency and incontinence?
A practitioner trained in pelvic visceral techniques can take you from running to the washroom to feeling confident on your run.
A well positioned hard frame (our skeleton), a strong, elastic pelvic floor and proper organ mechanics are key to a well functioning urinary system.
Trying hundreds of kegels and still not seeing the results you want? It could be because your urinary organs ~ bladder, urethra, kidneys, ureters, uterus or prostate ~ are not happy. You see, the organs love to have proper positioning without restrictions or pulls so that they can do their thing. The bladder, for example, becomes more upright while it is filling up. But if it is stuck against the bone in front of it, or the uterus is sitting heavy on it, or the ligament all the way from liver is pulling on it (yes, that's right, the liver has a ligamentous connection with the bladder!) then your poor bladder isn't going to be able to function and it is going to let you know! If the organs can't slide and glide they are not going to work right!
