No matter your fitness level, age or health/ mental health condition, walking is always the most recommended activity.
Low levels of serotonin and norepinephrine can be linked to depression and anxiety. Higher levels teach your body how to adapt to stressors. It's a stressful time - time to increase those chemicals! Let's get moving.
